My name is Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden, conjure it by your own risk. I'm a wizard.

Yeah, that's me. Wizard. Private investigator. Royal pain in the ass. What? You look at me like that's a bad thing.

I work from my 5th floor office in downtown Chicago and even loan myself to the Chicago PD's Special Investigations Unit when necessary. (Actually, that's how most of my bills get paid.)

I also seem to have a rather negative affect on modern technology. I can kill a copier at fifty paces. It's the magical energies that surround me all the time - I am a wizard after all.

Harry is a 6'9" tall, slender man with dark hair and dark eyes. He has any number of magical implements to aid in his wizardry - a 6' tall wooden (oak) staff; a 3' wooden blasting rod; a shield bracelet; a sword cane; and any number of others. There are also various potion and spell ingredients that may become necessary.

Harry, due to a nasty burn injury, wears a black leather glove on his left hand.

It is important to note that one should not look directly into Harry's eyes as he is capable of what is known as a 'soulgaze' - the ability to look deep into someone's soul and see a great deal about who and what they are. He can't see everything, but he can sense if there is something locked away deep down inside.

Contact the mun via Harry's ad (or AIM or whatever is handy) if you wish to RP a soulgaze and be prepared to write up what Harry will see when he looks onto the character's soul. Though it should go without saying, the character involved needs to actually have a soul to participate in a soulgaze.
